About these terms

These terms apply to treatments, online courses and use of this website, all provided by Tayla'd Aesthetics Ltd ("we", "us"). By booking a treatment, buying a course or using this website you accept these terms.

Appointments

All treatments begin with a consultation. Treatment is only carried out where we consider it appropriate and safe for you, and we may decline or postpone a treatment on clinical grounds.

Please arrive on time and let us know as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. Where a deposit has been taken, it may be retained for appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without notice.

You must give complete and accurate information about your medical history, medication and previous treatments, and follow the aftercare advice you are given.

Prices and payment

Treatment prices are confirmed at consultation before any treatment goes ahead. Course prices are shown on the course page and include VAT where applicable.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Course purchase and access

A course purchase gives one named student a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for the access period stated on the course page.

Login details must not be shared. We may suspend or withdraw access, without refund, where an account is shared or where course material is copied, recorded or redistributed.

We may improve, reorganise or update course content during your access period.

Course materials and copyright

All slides, videos, notes, templates and assessment material remain the intellectual property of Tayla'd Aesthetics Ltd.

You may use the material for your own learning only. You may not download, record, republish, resell or teach from it without our written permission.

Assessment and certificates

Assessment is by multiple-choice test with the pass mark shown on the course page. Retakes are permitted within your access period.

A certificate confirms completion of this course with us. It is not a regulated qualification and no awarding-body accreditation is claimed unless stated separately in writing.

Completing a course does not by itself qualify you to treat clients. You remain responsible for your own insurance, local licensing and any legal requirements that apply to you.

Website use and content

Website content, including treatment information, results photography and course descriptions, is provided for general information and is not medical advice.

Results shown are individual to the client photographed and are not a guarantee of your own outcome.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the treatment or course concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
