Course refund policy

Digital course purchases

Because course content is delivered digitally and available immediately, refund rights may be limited once you begin the course.

The exact cooling-off period and conditions will be confirmed by Tayla and must comply with UK consumer law.

Refund requests should be sent by email with your name, purchase date and reason.

We aim to respond within a stated number of working days (to be confirmed).

If you cannot access the course due to a fault on our side, we will fix access or refund the purchase.
