Course refund policy

Please read this alongside our other policies. Contact us if anything is unclear.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Because the course is digital content delivered immediately, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase — provided you have not started accessing the course content.

By starting a lesson within those 14 days you agree that the content has been supplied and you accept that your right to cancel is lost. This is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Refunds after access has started

Once you have begun the course we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of time or a change in career plans.

We may still offer a refund or a partial credit at our discretion where there are exceptional personal circumstances. Please contact us and explain the situation.

Technical problems

If a fault on our side stops you accessing the course and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please tell us about any access problem before requesting a refund so we have a chance to fix it — most issues are resolved the same working day.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tayladaesthetics.co.uk with your full name, the email address used at purchase, the purchase date and the reason for your request.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 working days and to complete approved refunds within 14 days, back to the original payment method.

Certificates and access

Where a refund is issued, course access is withdrawn and any certificate issued for that course is void.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
